I have years of experience writing budgets and schedules for commissions ranging from single docs to factual series to entertainment shows.
I've negotiated countless budgets with broadcasters / streamers - regularly achieving over tariff rates for production companies.
TRAINING
As a passionate advocate of continuing professional development I have both informally and formally trained and mentored many production freelancers and staff.
I can develop and deliver bespoke training in all areas of production management as well as team management and negotiating skills.
